Higa Îbu Higu̹ (/ˈhiga/ /ˈɪːbu/ [long] [vaccine]) is a subtropical Large City located in Meyûyu̽ Qachyælâ Kingdom, Djenere County, within the Warrenese Shogunate.

The name Higa Îbu Higu̹ is derived from the Sylvin language, as Higa Îbu Higu̹ was founded by Treshëm, who was culturaly Warrenese.

Higa Îbu Higu̹ was founded durring the early 15th century in fall of the year 1402, by Treshëm. The establishment of Higa Îbu Higu̹ suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Right off the bat Higa Îbu Higu̹ hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this city has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. The influx of wealth has brought with it an influx of relaxation. Everywhere you look people are enjoying their prosperity in a slow, casual, and deliberate manner. There’s no rush for anything anywhere you look.

They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Higa Îbu Higu̹'s natural decorations nor waterways.

Higa Îbu Higu̹ has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.

Higa Îbu Higu̹ has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Higa Îbu Higu̹ has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.

Cultural Notes

Higa Îbu Higu̹'s town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.
